Registration Information
Please be sure you have fully read about the different membership types to select the one that is best for your family!
Registration for Community and Journey is currently CLOSED.
It will open again on August 1.
Enrichment Registration is currently CLOSED for the 2026-2027 school year as we are at
FULL capacity.
Before registering, please read through ALL OF THE STEPS carefully so you can be sure your registration is processed in a timely manner. Our registration process involves several steps! Until every step is completed you will not have access to our BAND platform! The links to register are at the bottom of this page. Our board is made up of busy homeschool moms and we do our best to process registration in a timely manner.
Due to the nature of our registration process, please allow ONE TO TWO WEEKS from the time of your initial registration submission for all steps to be completed.
Step One: Choose your membership type
Choose which type of membership you would like to register for. Please be sure you have thoroughly read through each membership type (Community and Journey) before registering. Remember, if you register for Journey you will be required to volunteer!
Step Two: Read our Social Handbook
Please take a minute and read through the handbook to familiarize yourself with our policies and procedures before registering. If you have questions about something you see, please reach out to us at info@lightkaty.com and we will do our best to clarify!
Step Three: Read our Statement of Faith.
LIGHT is a Christian organization and our mission is to glorify God through our efforts. While Community and Journey members are not required to sign our Statement of Faith, we do expect our members to have read it completely and respect our beliefs. Any behavior at LIGHT events that is in direct contradiction to our beliefs could be grounds for removal from our group.
Step Four: Fill out Registration Forms
Fill out ALL FIELDS on the form. You will be prompted to "Get Tickets" for whichever type of membership you are seeking. There will not be any physical tickets provided, this is just the way the website operates!
Step Five: Sign SignRequest Forms
Once your payment has been processed and we receive your registration information, you will be receive an email with a link from SignRequest to sign our Code of Conduct and Liability Release Forms.
Step Six: Access BAND!
Once we receive your payment and the signed forms, you will get an invitation to BAND, our online communication platform. You’ll need to set up an account including your FIRST and LAST name and a profile picture of yourself for safety purposes. You will be admitted by our admin to the BAND once you have added a picture and made sure that your name is both your first and last name on the BAND account.
Step Seven: Start Interacting with the Community!
