What are the meetings like? Three of our meetings take place during enrichment. That means you'll get to see first hand what it's like and your kids will even get to participate in classes! Kids in first grade and up will be placed in classes, while we ask parents to keep kids in Kindergarten and below with them.
We also have an evening meeting available and a Zoom option for those who cannot attend a daytime meeting.
During all of the meetings, we'll go into detail about what to expect as an enrichment family and answer all of your questions!
When are applications due?
This year, we will have two rounds of applications due on February 15th and March 10th. After each deadline, we will invite as many families as possible to join our program, but it is possible that we may run out of spots after the first application deadline. We highly encourage you to sign up for one of the first three meeting dates (January 20th, January 24th, or February 10th) if you're hoping to join enrichment next year! ***UPDATE: The January 20th and February 10th meetings are full, but you can email info@lightkaty.com to be placed on a waitlist for those meetings in case anyone cancels.
What is the age requirement?
In order to join enrichment, you must have one child in the program who is at least 6 years old and in 1st grade by September 1st. There is a nursery available for younger siblings. We have classes available for students through high school!
Do I have to teach?
Yes, and you CAN! Enrichment offers a wide variety of classes to kids from nursery age to high school! We promise we can help you find your niche!
How do I reserve a spot?
